Stop assuming a white knight is all you need to feel fufilled and unbroken.

Its just a distraction.
Everything you need has always been inside you and if you need help, GO TO therapy.

And if you share your life with someone, still heal that shit for you, love you for you!
Cuz here the piece everyone casually forgets: all relationships (friends, family, lovers etc.) will end, death or distance who knows š¤·āāļø but the important part is building yourself the foundation of stability so that when things end your not in your own way to greive.
Stop denying your feelings, experience then, let that wound air tf out, stop caging in every fear and thought.
